The General Fund is vital to MINTS because it provides the means that allows the mission to be carried out effectively. While donors and community members often notice programs and services first, those efforts depend on sound administrative work behind the scenes. Good administration helps manage budgets, maintain records, ensure legal compliance, and keep communication clear. It also includes covering the practical, everyday costs that keep the office functioning.
