Allen VanderPol
Allen VanderPol grew up in the state of Washington, in the Northwest corner of the United States. His Christian parents began to teach him the gospel when he was a child. He came to the Christian faith at an early age. He received an M.Div. degree from Westminster Seminary, Philadelphia in 1976.
Before his time with MINTS, his ministry included teaching Bible and theology in Nigeria, Ukraine, and Haiti. For 30 years he pastored churches in the United States and New Zealand. He began to work for MINTS full-time in 2010. For a time, he worked as MINTS Regional Coordinator of Southeast Asia. Today he serves as teacher-at-large. He has written courses in Systematic Theology and Church ministry, and he has edited courses in Church History.
He enjoys music and has played the organ for churches.
He has been married to his wife, Marcia, for nearly 40 years. They have four children.
