The MINTS vision is to provide solid, quality theological education to people  by taking the education to where the people live rather than having them all move to one location.

These centers, which are fully owned and operated by the local believers, can be located anywhere in the world. We have helped establish centers in prisons, barrios, downtown US cities, suburbs, and jungles.
